Roanoke Valley HOPE Initiative Drop In Day

Held at Bradley Free Clinic from 11AM-4PM on the 2nd Monday of each month, our Drop-In Day welcomes anyone to come by without an appointment and receive support in seeking treatment or recovery resources. Every effort will be made to provide options for timely treatment, but this cannot be guaranteed. Drop-In Day also provides:
• REVIVE! Training is sponsored by the Roanoke City Health Department which will train individuals on the administration of naloxone (narcan), the overdose reversal drug. After completing the training they will receive a card with their name on it that enables them to pick up the free prescription at the Roanoke City Health Department.
• ‘Angel’ Training is for those interested in volunteering with the HOPE Initiative. Dr. Cheri Hartman, will walk you through the process of working with a participant, provide education on the disease of addiction, and inform you of resources for treatment and recovery programs through our Directory of Resources Guide.
